Tag.

I have been tagged by my cute friend, Brittany, to do this blogging game - so here it goes!

Rules: 1. Post the rules. 2. Post a photo and eleven random things about you. 3. Answer questions. 4. Ask questions. 5. Tag.

This is me and my favorite people in the entire world. We're kind of awesome.

Eleven Random Things:
  1. I like the small things. I am very detailed oriented and when people pay attention to the small things, it makes me happy.
  2. Norway, British Columbia, and Arizona are all places I want to live in someday. Not really sure why, but I think they would all be an adventure.
  3. I used to think that I grew up in the most boring place on the planet until I started to realize how much I got to do and see when I was a kid. The East Coast rocks.
  4. BYU wasn't always the place for me. I was actually anti-BYU for a while but then I recognized that you won't find an environment like this anywhere else in the world.
  5. Rings are my favorite pieces of jewelry.
  6. Newborn babies kind of freak me out; however, as soon as they start looking less alien like, then I can't get enough.
  7. My favorite time to go to the beach is right around New Year's.
  8. My favorite number is three and when I played basketball I would dribble three times before every free throw.
  9. I love it when people can spell and pronounce my first and last name.
  10. Jazz music is my favorite. I wish I lived during the 1920's so I could go to jazz clubs.
  11. My birthday is 11/11 and I always (well, whenever I catch it) make a wish at 11:11. There was one point in the summer where I caught every 11:11 for three whole weeks.
Questions from Brittany.
1. Who is your greatest hero? I know this sounds dumb, but I don't really have a hero. I have lots of people that I admire and look up to because of moments of trial that they faced with grace but there is not one person that I always claim as my "hero."
2. What is your favorite dessert? Chocolate. Anything chocolate. I'm pretty easy going with the desserts. Actually, I'm not a big fruit dessert fan. Fruit puddings? Eh...let's stay away from those (but I do have a killer banana pudding recipe).
3. If you could go anywhere, and not worry about cost, where would you go? Italy. Hands down. I'm a quarter Italian and have always loved the rich history, art, and food that Italia offers. Plus, it looked pretty legit in the Lizzie McGuire movie.
4. What is a phrase that you use all the time? Did you pick it up from someone else? Lately I've caught myself saying "Is it though?" a lot and I picked that up from my Chem 105 partner. This year "OH HECK NOOOO" has been popular, too. I've been in Provo too long.
5. What is the most important quality in a friend? Stability. I need someone that I can rely on and know will always be there when I need them no matter what. Consistency is huge.
6. What is your favorite animal and color? I like Reptar and purple will always be my favorite.
7. What is your favorite thing about yourself? I like that I am generally not afraid to go up to people and talk to them. Unless you're a cute boy, I usually can hold a pretty decent conversation with you.
8.  What's something you fantasize about receiving in your parents' will? Well, this is kind of a morbid question! But since you asked, I want my mom's wedding ring. I like it lots and it's beautiful. But hopefully it will be a long, long time until she is ready to give it up.
9. What's your go to snack? I don't really have a snack that I eat consistently. I'll usually grab some kind of granola bar from the vending machines on campus or a Jamba.
10. What is something you are thankful for that is not one of the norms like family, friends, education, or church? I am thankful for the opportunity I have to live in such a great place. I'm in Geography 120 right now and every region we learn about just reaffirms how great the United States is. I don't think people realize how awesome we have it. I can go to bed safe every night not afraid that someone is going to come and bomb me or steal me in my sleep. Go USA!
11. When it comes to ordering a Frosty, do you get chocolate or vanilla? Chocolate. Vanilla is just the absence of chocolate - gross.

Questions.
1. Describe your perfect day.
2. What is your favorite down town?
3. What are some of your favorite names?
4. What's your favorite word and why?
5. What is your favorite food?
6. Biggest pet peeve.
7. Guilty pleasure.
8. Who was your first crush?
9. Summer or winter?
10. If you had a crystal ball that could tell you anything, what would it be?
11. Night in or night out?
