Unconditional Love.

Tonight, as we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, I would like to share with you my testimony of the Savior. I know that Jesus Christ was born into this mortal world so that He, a perfect being who did no wrong, could die and suffer for the sins of the world. He suffered for you and for me. He bled from every pore and felt every pain ever felt so that we, sinners, could live again. I know that He rose from the dead and lives now. I can feel His unconditional love for me and those around me every day in the little things I do, feel, hear, and see. He is the ultimate source of comfort because He has been through it all and knows how we feel. He loves us for who we are and will not abandon us; He is always there if you allow Him. He is our older brother and knows us by name. I know that He loves me, and you, more than I can ever comprehend. He is the Prince of Peace, Son of God, Great Jehovah, and my Savior. He gave me the ultimate gift - one that cannot be wrapped with pretty paper and bows and placed under a tree. He gave me, and you, the gift of eternal life and the chance to be with our families forever in God's presence. There would be no Christmas if there were no Easter. I am forever grateful for all that He did, does, and will do for me. I know that my Savior lives and because of this I want to live in a way that because people know me they will want to know Him.
I encourage you all to take a moment to remember the real reason for the season - our Savior. This knowledge of my Savior's love brings me the greatest joy. There is nothing that compares to it. Its joy makes me want to shout from the rooftops and share this wonderful message of hope, truth, and gladness!
