Paris was such a fun city! We rode a night train from Barcelona to Paris, which was an entertaining, little adventure in itself. We slept all night on the train and woke up to the beautiful French countryside that then evolved into the popular streets of Paris!
There are tons of activities to do in Paris - and we hit them all! I loved how many historical sites there are and SO. MUCH. SHOPPING. You could spend the morning pondering the
Mona Lisa in the Louvre then finish your day hitting the boutiques on Champs-Élysées. We were even able to combine history and shopping by visiting a perfume museum while we were there. It was a dream!
I also really enjoyed the Parisian atmosphere - it was just like you would imagine. Posh and sophisticated.
However, compared to the Barcelona heat, Paris was freezing! In the middle of June people were bundled in trench coats and scarves.
Paris was definitely a highlight! I feel like I could live in Paris and never experience all that it has to offer. Just as Madrid and Barcelona, here are just a few of my favorites!

Despite the communication barrier and the poor public transit, Paris is by far one of my most favorite places in the world. I mean, it's PARIS! The Eiffel Tower. Crepes. Shopping. Baguettes. Versailles. Notre Dame. What a fabulous city.
Another reason why Paris will always hold a special place in my heart is because that is where I opened my mission call that announced where I would be serving my 18-month mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. But, that is another story. :)
J'adore Paris!
Xoxo
